1. Participants: Security professionals and technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of CCTV and Control Room systems in South Africa.



2. Objectives: This training will equip participants with the necessary knowledge to install, maintain and operate CCTV and Control Room systems effectively in South Africa. It will also provide an overview of relevant regulations, laws and procedures that must be adhered to when working with such systems.



3. Course Content: The course content will include, but not be limited to: Introduction to CCTV & Control Room systems; Types of Cameras & Recording Devices; Basic Design Principles & Practices; Networking & Remote Access; Surveillance Video Quality; Laws & Regulations governing CCTV/Control Rooms; Privacy considerations; System Security & Data Protection Strategies; Maintenance & Troubleshooting; and Digital Evidence Management.



4. Duration: 5 Days (10 Hours per Day).
